We have specific rules for the transportation of passengers and luggage that are important to know for a comfortable journey.
The main rules include: the allowed quantity and size of baggage, regulations for traveling with animals, and the ticket refund policy.
Conditions for Ticket Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to our partners at info@klr.com.ua, including the following information: full name, ticket number or order number, date of travel, and route (from where to where).
After that, you will receive a refund request form.
Please note that the refund process may take up to 10 banking business days.
Passenger Insurance
The carrier provides mandatory passenger insurance against accidents during transportation, in accordance with the legislation. This insurance covers incidents that may occur during the bus trip.
Mandatory personal insurance of passengers against accidents in transport is carried out in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. This means that in the event of an accident during the trip, passengers are entitled to an insurance payout.
We are a carrier providing passenger transportation services. Responsibility for compliance with transportation rules lies with the transportation organizers, carriers, bus stations, vehicle staff, and passengers. According to the rules, carriers are required to provide insurance for passengers.
